just bought a used dart tank ,
came with a heat cable , stat , lights and a plant .
i filled the spaces in with expanding foam and have covered them in peat/glue mix . just waiting on the glue to set.
i have some more plants to add once the glue and peat set .
then hopefully once i can hold the temperature and the plants are blossoming i can add a dart or two . not sure which ones yet . maybe some Dendrobates ventrimaculatus

Hi Negri, nice to see you take the plunge. You won`t regret it as darts of all kinds make interesting, active and beautiful captives. It looks like that viv was built with aboreal species in mind. Vents certainly would fit the bill. They are not however an ideal species to start with. A pair of leucomelas would be a safer bet as a starter species in that viv to my mind. Although largely terrestrial, they do love to climb pretty high and have been known to deposit eggs off the ground fairly often also. Epipedobates tricolor is another option but a pair of leucs would look fantastic in there against the greens of the plants.
Good luck anyway whatever you decide. _________________ YSBRYDOLI POBL, GWELLA LLEOEDD

Looking good
I would say some tricolors as mine spend alot of time up and around off the floor. as there is not alot of ground space. But it up to you _________________ Kieron

All genuses, whether in mammals or reptiles or fish are grouped together because they have structural similarities. They are of the same evolutionary route as each other is another way of putting it. _________________ YSBRYDOLI POBL, GWELLA LLEOEDD
