Quick question, do you leave a heat lamp on overnight or turn it off and let the temp drop? |

With the change in weather most people leave there central heating on so allowing the viv to drop to room temp is fine for most. |

stenodactylus, no thermostat, 100watt bulb, 3ft tank. temp drops to about 65-70 at night. |

I've found stenos do better with a mat not a bulb.If you watch them they lie flat on warm surfaces to absorb heat from below not above.
65-70F by night is ok.Mine are getting cooled soon so will be at about that by day.  |
