I've had loads of those latey aswell in crix, my crestie gobbled them up. I don't breed my own yet but it's interesting to know for down the line |

Problem is, when you get new, you don`t have to see them... if they`re eggs... you`ll still get the problem as soon as you get up to temperature & they`ll hatch. I personally "nuke" ALL food & substrate before it goes in. Not livefood... of course. lol. _________________ Dave Messer @ Insectsunlimited.

At least now I know that they were safe to feed to my geckos! I used to get them a lot when I was using crickets as a feeder but I just used to squish them.
Thankfully locusts don't seem to have the same problems. _________________
