Hi guys,
I have a 70" high x 33" wide x 17" deep unit that I'm going to be converting into a racking unit to house medium conticos. How would you go about heating such a thing...I have some 3ftx2ft heat mats that I could affix to the back wall before putting in the shelves if that's any good? |

Heat mats on a pulse stat under the tubs if it were me...Bare in mind Ross they don't radiate heat very well so doubt you will get the desired temps from sticking them on the back wall..just my opinion mate. _________________

Fair enough then, I'll find a use for them one day!
Floor mounted mats it is then (I hate the tape).
Cheers guys. |

I would go with under floor mats also. I tape the thermostat probe to the mat with insulating tape so that one stat can run the whole row. _________________ YSBRYDOLI POBL, GWELLA LLEOEDD

Cheers Peter, I'll go that way then. Although, knowing me, the unit will be lying there untouched this time next year! |
