I`ve had a trio of leucomelas for a while now. The male has always been calling. A fortnight ago I bought in another pair. They have been living next door to the trio and the two males have been in competition with the calling most days.
I thought one might spur the other on even more just as in nature. Low and behold, I found a pair of eggs today. Whether or not they are fertile I dont at this stage know, but it`s a start. Now that they have started I should expect eggs fairly regularly and if the first few clutches are infertile it wont take long for them to settle in and produce some fertile ones.
