|
|
hi we have taken in a pair of old royals about 11 years old males.
in the process of building a new 4ft x 2ft x 2ft vivarium
thier old one is not as big and im not happy with the heat and lights.
i need some sort of guide to what heat they need.
they have a heat tube around 15 / 18 inches long and a strip light
i dont think this is enough even though the temps are not bad
they always feel cold to the touch and are very slow. _________________ Andy & Roslyn |

Hi
the setup i use for my 3 foot viv is i have a heat bulb exoterra infra red fixed to a dimming stat so then i have a warm end and a cool end
i do not recomend using the strip light at all if it one of those uv ones i been told it can damage their eyes.
hope this helps _________________ G Peel
