it only takes a small amount. a few drops.dont get it in thier eyes.

my plan is to put them in bags and have them in half and inch of water overnight

thats for shedding
you dont need them in too long for mites i dont think. they will come off in the water and the fairy liquid will stop them breaking the surface and they will drown.

when i do mine, i use as much water to cover 2/3 of their back a few small drops of fairy. then i leave them over night or thought out the day.
Make sure you leave the tub on a heat so the water does not become too cold for them

well what i eded up doing was:

holding each one in a tub of water for ten mins whilst i held there heads to make shure none whent in there eyes
