The other day I was lucky enough to get a copy of this amazing book. It has been around since 2001 but in German, it has just been translated and released in English. It covers everything you need to know and more. It also tells you so much about each Species natural enviroment and weather patterns.
The Contents cover:-
Name and Systematics
Distribution and Zoogeography
Habitat and Natural History
Behaviour
Captive Care
Reproduction
Raising the Hatchlings
Skin Diseases
The Species of the genus Uromastyx
and more....
For any Uromastyx keepers out there this is the Uromastyx Bible!!!!!
It cost me £30 to get a copy, and is well worth it! |

I think Uromastyx are an extremely interesting genus - i'd be quite interested to buy this book!
Where abouts can the English version be bought from? So far my search has only uncovered the version on Amazon.de! I'm assuming that won't be in English!
Thanks
(lol, sorry about the excessive use of exclamation marks there. Got a bit excited. ) |
