I seem to have the worse luck going with tree frogs, here is my latest problem (though to be fair this one is a freakish accident).

My corn snake escaped a few days ago and so my parents were told to keep an eye out for him. My mum rang to tell me she'd found him and what cage was his so she could put him back. I told her which one but she must have got mixed up and she put him in the tank that holds my lonely European green tree frog.

When I came home I looked in the tank to find the corn snake hanging off a branch with the frogs head in it's mouth. I wedged my fingers inside the snakes mouth in an attempt to save the frog. I got him out at th expense of a few tooth maks on my finger. Problem is I'm worried that one or a few of the snakes teeth have damaged the frogs left eye. He seems OK aside from the eye and a few teeth marks. We have made an appointment to see a vet but that's not until Monday. He is climbing around his tank OK but is keeping the left eye half shut. He also seems to have a bit of trouble seeing as I've noticed him waving his front legs trying to reach plants that are out of reach, I think he is nervous about jumping.

What's the realistic outcome of this? His other eye is fine but I'm worried that because he relies on sight to feed he's going to have serious trouble in this department.
Crying or Very sad
