Bazzer wrote: | In light of the unfortunate post this refers to, I have made safeguards against this happening, as I would be gutted as Pete is, if it ever happened to me.
Therefore, in case no one else has them, I have found a mutli socket in Currys for £40 called a BELKIN Surge protector. It has 6 sockets in it and will prevent such things happening, or at least reducing the risk.
Hope you are feeling better Pete. |
you can also get these in argos and shops like that. _________________

That really is rotten luck Peter.
I know that you take very good care of you`re animals, and I hope that you bounce back. It would be a sad loss to the hobby if you didn`t. _________________ YSBRYDOLI POBL, GWELLA LLEOEDD

ps: thermostats always seem to fail in the "full on" setting, bit of a design fault that,be better if they just failed in the "off" setting. _________________ gazboas.co.uk |

ah man, the word "sorry" dont seem fitting enough!
What a terrible loss, it's never good when things like this happen. Dunno what I'd do if it happend to me. _________________ some people are like slinkies. Not really good for anything but they bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs. |
