Here's the 5X4 that i built for him.

haha, yes it was! i have got rid of that now, i am just about to start a new build for my bosc, i cant wait to have it done, its gunna be great! feel guilty atm as he is only in a 6X2 but hes still only 26" so its not too tight in there.

Great viv pictures, thanks for posting. I thought I would post to bump this post as I am looking to take on a Bosc myself in the next few weeks. I have already seen a couple of babies in 'Gills and Geckos' in St. Austell, Cornwall today and have totally fallen in love Very Happy
Therefore with time ticking away and the horrible thought of someone else buying them in the next couple of weeks, I will need to crack on with my viv. As these are babies, they will not need a custom viv yet, probably just a 4x2x2, but I thought I would build them both at the same time. I can then use the smaller viv at a later date for something else.
So any idea's or tips would be great. I love the idea of the sunken cat litter tray as in the last photo. Easy to remove and clean and big enough for them to wallow!!

regards, Paul.

Good luck Paul with you build, my advice is good substrate! these guys love to dig and make a mess of everything! so dont make it pretty in there.

create a substrate using:

50% Moss peat:
25% Sharp/play sand
15% Sphagnum moss
10% Vermiculite

Make it pretty deep, 6" for a baby will be fine, 1 foot for an adult.
