Well clutch #3 has started hatching and it turns out it was the Pinstripe male that did the business. As I said above he was purely a back up but was the one mated nearest to her ovulation.
I can see 3 pins so far, one egg went bad, the other two are looking pretty much like normals.
I did try and grab a photo this morning but they all dived back into their shells _________________

Congrats Scott, little snakes are still little snakes no matter which way you look at it But don’t you just hate it when they are uncooperative with the camera
Do you always put a second male through your females? It’s something we’ve been thinking about recently ourselves. _________________ www.draco2.co.uk

Yep, they are annoying when they sit so good up until the camera comes out
As for two males, all depends. i have a couple of specific projects where I have only used one male but others where the outcome is 100% visable I am happy to use two or more males. I may not get exactly the clutch I want but if I do use just one male and get nothing I'll be thinking I should of used that second male _________________

None of my buggers will sit still for the camera!! If speed slithering ever becomes an Olympic sport I think I have gold medallists all the way
When we start introducing males next season I think I’m going to have to handcuff Paul to the desk otherwise half my projects will end up as pastels!! I think He’s planning an orgy (the snakes that is) and I have a couple of distinct projects that I don’t really want interfered with He’d better behave or I’ll be getting the whip out :twistedevil: _________________ www.draco2.co.uk

How brilliant is that I am liking the Pins more every time I see a photo of one. They make some fantastic combos. Well done that man |

Nothing like a couple of Pins wrapped around your neck. And by Pins, I don't mean legs....or do I?..... _________________ "When i'm a big boy I wanna avatar like Johonny. lmao and rofl" |
