Very Nice! My pair of Amel babies aren't doing so well, in desperation I've just feed them each 1 wax worm that I cut in half to try and stimulate them into eating nicely, they both finally got the hint and ate them, have left them be now, I'm going to treat their water later with Avipro Plus to try and get their metabolism going a bit. On the other end of the spectrum I have one Het that is almost the same size as some of my smaller adults!! And it's only about 2 to 3 weeks old!! Is there such a thing as a giant version of a fat tail?
How do you guys find your feeding? Do you notice any significant difference between your Amels and your Hets? _________________ www.draco2.co.uk

i keep all my babies the same and eat eating from day 2/3 ! on crickets! i know a mate feeds his on mealworms.!! i havnt had a good year really hatch wise have lost over 14 eggs in incubator, which where normals/hets/amels! but have had a good collection hatch so far and still a few eggs incubator _________________ just a couple of reptiles! to keep me out of trouble! |

We've done quite well this season especially given that it got off to a late start. We've lost a few eggs as well, off the top of my head i'd say about 12 in total so far for the geckos, the beardies haven't done so well, oh well, better luck next season with them unless they drop any more All my hatchlings are doing really well, the fat tails are doing fantastic and so are the leos, it just seem that the pair of Amel are struggling a little, and I'm keeping them all the same and they are all on mealies and there is no difference in how they are all set up, each to their own tub so I can see who is doing what with regards to eating and defication etc.
Best of luck with what you still have in the bator!! _________________ www.draco2.co.uk
