How is Dante doing? Has she been eating? if she is eating the vet may treat her with iodene an maybe antibotic injections. I hope she is ok. Its an awful feeling when you just feel helpless to help them.

Dantes is eating fine, eating really well and chews her food really good. I was told that iodine could be used

I tried my local reptile vet and was told that the reptile vet was away on urgent leave and doesnt know when hell be back. Typical and then was refered to another reptile vet in wickford. Ive been told that they charge £60 just to be looked at!!!! So i decided to ring coldblooded in rainham (where i bought dante) and he sed bring her down and hell have a look at her and see what he can do.He mentioned iodine solution.

If that doesnt work its the vets. KNowing me im panicking over nothing and itll probably turn out that she doesnt even have mouthrot. Im booking a day off work wednesday so i can take her to see coldblooded.

Yes, daz and julie. I have a very mother-baby relationship with my reptiles.

Hya peeps sorry i didnt reply right away

Dante doesnt have mouthrot at all. I was told its like a plaque she had. He smelled inside her mouth and he sed hed be able to smell it if it was mouth rot and if he squeezed her gums puss would come out.

Has anyone else heard of this?
Lizards getting plaque??
