scott,

my friend dillon has just bought three aldabrans, i spoke to him a week or so ago and he was really excited about them, i've not seen them yet however.

i can ask him where he purchased them, i'll even bet that you know him, you know how small the world of tortoise owners is> Razz

Neil.

they have had them at exoticpets.co.uk before (http://exotic-pets.co.uk/aldabrans-tortoise.html but bloody expensive.

i vivisted a zoo called linton zoo, which is small and almost family run. they have aldabrans tortoises, they live in a big paddock and have access to an indoor heated 'outhouse' which has a pond in and also translucent plastic flaps on the doors to keep the heat in, which the tortoises just push through.

really cool. i hope u get some. good luck
