I have found a large water tub, 9 - 10ft diameter (2000litre) with 4ft high sides.
Looks perfect for setting up garters or even eyed lizards.

I'll post some photos up once I set it up.

I could have done with that last week, im making an outdoor enclosure for a trio of L.Trilineata's i got last week, as soon as it is finnished i'll put them out in it, weather permitting.

Well finnished the enclosure today, going to leave it empty for a while until the plants and insect colonies establish a bit.Want to put in a few extra rocks as well.Ive partially buried some old logs at the back and introduced a massive woodlice colony which i got from my compost bin.

I took pictures at various stages whilst i was building it, about 6 or 7 in total.

How do you do the photo post properly it took me like an hour to get that link on here. Laughing

to get the photo to display,

click on Img (just below the subject bar)
put the http address of the image location
then click Close Tags (in blue)

Well because the weather is supposed to be good for the next few days i decided to release the lizards into the enclosure.Earlier today i left some thermometers in the enclosure, and one laying on a rock recorded 42C.
