Biggest retic on record was 32ft
Taiwans can get to 11ft, but 9/10ft is much more common

The prize money offered by the New York Zoological Society for a snake over 30ft was only $50,000...easier to breed royals Laughing

i own a 16.5ft het bumese thats on breeding loan, very fat. She can be seen at Sheffield Exotics.

thats a bit big for a taiwan ithought 8-9ft was good going for them.

If we are talking about close relatives but not true ratsnakes as in the case of chiken snakes (spiloites) then you could also consider the asiatic ratsnakes (Pytas Korros) or the keeled ratsnakes (Zaocys Carinatus) which too can both reach 12ft!!!!!

Taiwans are the largest, but there are some prtty close calls, esspecially for weight, those are stinking goddesses (8ft and truely huge!!!!!!) and four lined ratsnakes (8ft and much stockier than its american cousins)
