Red spots are not something to get overly worried about on cresties because red spots are often part of the pattern. Dalmation spots come in red, white and black so it could just be red dalmation spots.

A picture would help us determine whether they are just spots or not

Yea, I would say red spots are probably part of the pattern but a picture would help if you can get one..

You can also get dalmation spots that are green! Laughing

if thety look sore and inflamed then maybe worth getting checked over but if the skin has just changed colour then it might just be changing .

im sure cresties got through colour changes as they get bigger

Nothing to worry about.
They develop more and more dalmation spots as they get older.
I love the red dals, not as common as black.

Here is one of mine. . . getting more and more. .
