I think locust would eat the crickets and vice versa, try it and find out.

well crickets nip the geckos etc, so i would think they would eat the hoppers.

I know if you chuck a waxie in with some crix they will rip it to bits and eat it, so might try the same with locust and the locust might try the same with them?

Crickets should be kept in different conditions than locusts, they are a "dirty" food in comparison to hoppers too and so keeping them seperate is a fantastic idea.
