I finally went thru my gargoyle collection last night, wanted to set them up in groups now that they are sexable. I had 3 cages with a total of 35 animals in.
Out of that 35 I had 30 females and only 5 males....
So basically if you are a betting man (or woman ) if you buy a gargoyle you have a 86% chance of it being female.
I have another group growing on, so it'll be interesting to see what the sex ratio turns out on them. _________________

The first two I bought both ended up being males!!
(I have managed to find some adult wifies for them now though!) It was hard to find adult females - most I found were sold as breeding pairs only. |
