Checked on Titch last night and found him mid-shed. It was amazing, he was wriggling around on the cork bark then pulling the skin off in big chunks and was eating it all, which I knew they did but he's so tiny I couldn't quite believe he'd be able to swallow it all!! We feel really lucky to have seen it particularly as we have only had them a couple of weeks.
The best thing is surely he must be feeding ok now if he's grown enough to shed - how often do cresties shed? I was going to take a couple of snaps but we've only just moved him to his new viv after he was being bullied by Sid so didn't want to stress him with the flash.
Anyway it was very exciting - and his colours after were so vivid, like a completely different gecko.
Cresties are so cool! _________________ 0.0.3 Crested Geckos - Sid, Kurt & Titch
