Alot of burms can be very vocal and this sometimes can put people off but normally once out they stop the hissing..my new granite always hisses but once out she is awesome.

yeah i totaly agree stuart the two in the shop are great snakes i love it when either one hisses it gives me a bigger urge to have a better look Laughing and the feeding response from these guys is pretty amazing from the two months ive worked their everymonday they whack small rats down Cool even in shed

Burm's can be glutent for punishment when it comes to feeding, keep it under control, or you'll end up with a 13 foot over weight monster within a year then 2 year's down the line it will die.

totally agree with all the comments my male albino started off as a very fussy feeder but once feeding and putting on weight has become very vocal as already stated but never once struck he is always hungry tho and would take anything given so dont be tempted to over feed

sorry for the late reply mark havnt been on too much i work at 1 Stop Pets & Exotics in nottingham its only been open around 5 months now but the shop is going absolutly great we have our reptile room and at the other end we have birds parrots mice rats gerbils hamsters kittens guinepigs rabbits the lot lol even 3 skunks! hehe ill stop going on Laughing
