Mike, Eggy is being somewhat naughty... Rolling Eyes Pastels ARE the hets, they are het for Super Pastel. If the morph being used is a Pastel - a co dom - then anything that looks normal, IS just normal.

Do you have to argue with everything I say?

One line of granites has been proven codom - by ralph davis. He has not released any for sale, and wont do for several years. Therefor the "granites" for sale on the market at the moment are normals. Which is the point I was making.

Exect same story with ONE line of bandeds.

Eggman, you are accusing SmallPaul of doing exactly what you are in the habit of doing.
Ralph Davis and I are very good friends and I can assure you that there are quite a few 'normal siblings' of morphs, that can influence the outcome of specific breedings. Ralph does not disclose to all and sundry about his breeding techniques, and refers to them as his 'dinking' projects.
Ralph holds back many of his 'morph' normal sibs and experiments with them until he is satisfied that it either works or doesn't work.
A lot of his 'dinkings' do work, that is why he is year on year raising the bar with new morphs.
You will also find that Kevin McCurley does the same thing, but doesn't advertise the fact.
Keep an open mind to 'dinking'. Breeding Ball Python morphs is still in it's infancy.

Right, so wheres your reply to the black eyed lucy thread?

Paul's opinion was not directed at me. He has never contacted me or asked me about the availability or cost of any of my Fires or Blackeyed Leucistics.

Haven't time to read all this but I had cause to specify siblings of a co dom retic as different because the mother was a simple recessive and the father co dom.
So that would make the non co dom appearing siblings not normal but het for another trait.
That of the mother.
