I really love this shop I'm in there all the time
great selection of animals - hamsters rabbits budgies & a great selection of reptiles (most of my collection are from this store)
great helpful, friendly staff
all your pets needs & feeds dog toys leads lights fish food crickets - everything you could want for your pet its there basically

| We bought a corn from there a while back. I was impressed at the staff questioning us on how we keep our snakes, and ensuring we had all the appropriate equipment on how to take care of him. Nice to see that happening in a shop, rather than just taking the money without question. |

Sounds like they've improved somewhat. I won't go into that shop now. The few times I've been in, there have been animals with no water and faeces all over their cage, some from the previous inhabitants, and sickly, thin looking snakes with lots of retained shed.

| i got my corns from the cumbernauld shop, and its really clean,the animals and reps are clean, and the after sales service is second to none. i havent been to the east kilbride shop, but i dont think they would have a spotless shop and one like that. |

That's my experience of it. I haven't been in for about a year, so hopefully they've cleaned up their act.

its all downstairs now - its really good - for a very very busy shop the animals are very clean - it is an excellent shop
perhaps you pop in "lol" and see what you think sow - its worth a look isn't it
