Hiys everyone, just wondering if anyone here has any, and do they breed them? i got 3 and they laid 2 eggs the other week in the viv, iv left them in there as they are stuck to a big tile, they have a see through yog pot over them and some damp kitchroll in there too.

But coz the tile is so big and the eggs were laid on the inside of the tile where it slants, i have to take the tile out to change the kitchenroll, else they would get squahed lol, will this be ok? or should i leave them be?

Do not turn the eggs, so as long as you prop the tile up at the same angle all the time (and do it carefully and slowly), they should be fine.

If you leave the eggs and the pot where they are, make a samll hole in the yoghurt pot and then use a very fine mist in there to up the humidity....

Why would you need to mist hard shelled eggs that DO NOT need humidity beat the hell out of me ....... Perhaps you know something that the rest of the world doesnt ??????

Take the pot and the kitchen towel away and if the eggs are fertile they will hatch, the hatchlings will live quite happily with the parents.

Picture of female fanfoot guarding eggs (and not a humid pot in sight Very Happy )
