Thanks guys... and yes the space in the middle is for rows of racking... the vision ball python racks will allow me to house 100 plus adults very easily although I'm not sure I will get to that amount... first and foremost it's my hobby... I can honestly say I love being out there and just 'pottering' about Very Happy

Looks brilliant.

From experience, I only have about 8/9 tanks running at the moment and im in desperate need of Plug sockets. If i were you, i would fit about 1 every metre or so. It will help alot....

I have ceiling sockets wired, just neet to pop the plasterboard and pull down the cable when needed. Ceiling sockets are on their own RCD in the fuse board!
