right, you may remember that i had a few empty aquariums which i wanted to convert into arboreal vivariums. well with thanks to baloo and my dad we have managed to work out how do this, so i will hopefully, (if it doesnt cost too much, how much does glass cost?) have a viv measuring 10 x 10 x 18 inches (width x depth x height).
so i was just wondering what gecko species i could keep in there? i was thinking a couple of smaller phelsuma, house geckos, fan footed gecko, turnip tailed gecko would any of these be suitable? if not can anyone suggest any others?
thanks _________________ Tom

How about a nice little plastic gecko that wont move about like a real one and so wont need any space to turn around and exercise ?
That size container is better suited to something like a few stick insects or an arboreal tarantula NOT a gecko. _________________ People laugh at me because I am different

Ive got a couple of those 18x10x10's and I used themas temp accomadation for groups of young dartfrogs, and newts and a single young ceratophrys cranwelli. I used the original lid but cut out the centre and ventilated with a section of wire mesh 9fruitfly proof stuff).
Hope that helps a bit with what to do with it? Some of the smaller plethadontid sals might also be ok in something that size.
EDIT: heres some photos of what i have done with them:
small tanks used as temps for small groups of juvie dart frogs:

(hes actually a bit small for it)
