We got there at 8.30, and we packed up early because we sold most of the stuff we had, an i thought the show was great, much better downstairs, than upstairs, I got 5 geckos, although i only went to sell! _________________

Out of interest, what did you find 'very poor'?. |
Far too many stalls in a STUPID arrangement (see all that wasted space in the middle), was really hard to move round.
Animal selection wasnt very good.
At 3 (an HOUR early), half the stalls had buggered off.
Just a lame show all round.

I have to disagree. The stall layout was quite sensible, easy to walk around, and it gave the stall holders plenty of room for their animals. A standard row upon row of tables would have been impractical, leaving stall holders no room for there stock/equipment.
As for stalls leaving early, try getting there earlier.
I for one thought it was a good show, with an even selection of animals. It was nice to see the Inverts well represented too, and that from somebody who doesn't keep inverts. _________________ 31August2008-Kent Reptile Show (Amphibians & Inverts welcome) for more information & Booking e:mail: mrac@sky.com |

With respect, go to a show with rows and it works MUCH better. There were 7 of us there and we all discussed that and agreed.
All the wasted space in the middle could have been used by us paying visitors.
As for getting there earlier, We were there at 9.20am, got in at 10, got bored and left at 11, returned at 3.
