yup I use a small Oil Filled Rad in my snake room , this is thermostatically controlled , the room is upstairs ( best bit 'cos heat rises from downstairs ) and the walls are insulated . this provides the cool end temp in the tubs ....ambient temp is always 80 f .

Mind you ...working in there for extended period of time is a nightmare ...too warm for me !

i use one of those oil filled radiators too.. air temp is roughly 27c, have a fan directed at the heater so it circulates perfectly.

Just letting you know that i got that radiator but the built in thermostat seems rubbish, when we had a bit of hot weather a couple of weeks back the room got really hot during the day, so i went out and bought one of those plug type thermostats, you plug it in and then plug the radiator in to that and it just switches off when it reaches a certain temp, guess its better to be safe than sorry
