That was one of the best programmes on venomous I've seen for a while, pure quality.
Loved the courtship footage and seeing the female curled up in her nest protecting her eggs. And the little baby kings making their way into the world. Must have been a thrill for that guy who bred and released them!
The snake roadkill-soup flavoured rats to get the kings feeding on rodents was pure genius.
I'm not really into elapids but I have a new appreciation for cobras now.
Only question is- do I have room for a 15'x15' King Cobra enclosure in my house??!! _________________ You can't trust the snake......but you can always trust the snake to be a snake. |
